If the photo cannot be measured
We write to you, say what to change and wait for a new photo. This is true for all three reports and it is not the re-check. You do not pay again. If it still cannot be measured, you get your money back. The refund page has the full rules.
Where your photos go
You upload them on this site over an encrypted connection. They go into a private storage space in the EU, at Cloudflare, with no public link. We download them to one computer and measure them there. Measured on our own computer, never sent to an outside AI service. Photos deleted 30 days after delivery. That covers both copies: the stored one and the one on our computer. The privacy notice has the detail.
